Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 75% full and includes all promotional materials.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our dermatological team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
